On April 14th the State Department of Housing and Community Development will be convening a regional meeting in Fresno to discuss strategies on developing a permanent funding source for affordable housing. HCD will hold seven regional meetings throughout the State with key stakeholders in the business, education, environmental, local government, and housing communities during the first six months of the year. Sponsors include the Fresno Housing Authority, Fresno Housing Alliance and the California Coalition for Rural Housing.
In addition to these major, regional meetings which will be led by the Director, Lynn Jacobs, HCD Deputy Directors will convene smaller focus groups throughout the State to hear from constituents and locations not covered in the meetings above.
