Austyn Perry
Racial Equity Program Manager 

Passionate about diversity and social impact in the land use industry, she is thrilled to be working on these programs that are designed to attract, train, and retain Black, Indigenous, People of Color to the rural California affordable housing development field.

She is an experienced affordable housing professional with a Master's in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver. Previously, she was Vice President of Underwriting at Red Stone Equity Partners and has since transitioned from housing finance to prioritizing racial and social equity in the housing industry that she loves. Austyn currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Urban Land Institute Sacramento District Council and is the chair of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. She believes it is up to us to create spaces + places that are inclusive to all walks of life - starting with a diverse industry workforce.
