Clancy Taylor
Senior Housing Specialist
Clancy joined CCRH in 2022 as a Technical Assistance Programs Manager. Currently, Clancy focuses on regulatory policy, the nexus of technical assistance and policy in local communities, and how to ensure fair and equitable housing for rural, tribal, and farmworker communities throughout the state of California.
Prior to joining CCRH, Clancy held several positions in the community development field, in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Her past work experiences include GIS Analyst, LIHTC Development Assistant, and Housing Planner. Clancy holds a Masters of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Planning from Texas State University.
Clancy is originally from Texas and grew up in rural communities and manufactured housing, where her interest in housing and equitable development first began. Clancy takes her passion and love for rural areas and combines it with technical abilities to better outcomes for those she works with. Outside of the office, Clancy enjoys exploring all the state has to offer via nature walks, visits to the year-round farmers markets, and the search for the best cold brew coffee in California.
