Eriny Xiong is a Hmong American student currently majoring in business administration with a specialization in Marketing at California State University, Fresno. As a first-generation college student, Eriny has been involved in the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) at Fresno State since her first year on campus. Her professional experience includes serving as an intern with the City of Fresno's Economic Development Department, where she honed her skills in marketing and data analysis. Additionally, Eriny served as a Business Tutor at the Learning Center, where she provided academic support to her peers, committing to helping others succeed.

 

Growing up in a low-income household and utilizing housing choice vouchers, Eriny has a deep appreciation for the assistance that supported her family's stability. Motivated by this experience, she is eager to give back to her community through the CCRH internship, aiming to leverage her skills to make a positive impact. In her free time, Eriny enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching movies, and engaging in board games. With a heartfelt desire to contribute meaningfully to her community, Eriny looks forward to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, hopeful for a future where she can make a significant difference.
