Jocelyn Borrayo Baltazar
Technical Assistance Program Manager

Jocelyn Borrayo Baltazar, Technical Assistance Program Manager, is responsible for supporting CCRH's technical assistance and capacity building work. Born and raised in Long Beach California, Jocelyn holds a bachelors degree in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) and a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

 

Before Jocelyn's time at UCLA, Jocelyn worked in the Mental Health field as a case manager having experience with affordable housing intake applications and supportive services across Los Angeles. Jocelyn's passion for increasing access to affordable housing leading to pursuing a masters degree in Urban Planning from UCLA , with a focus on Housing and Economic Development. Jocelyn is passionate about affordable housing, economic justice, and planning more sustainable cities focused on human interaction.
