Larissa has been with CCRH since 2018. With over 30 years of experience in office management, she is a seasoned Operations Manager at CCRH, where she oversees a wide range of operational functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily activities.

 

Having spent the majority of her career in the non-profit sector, Larissa brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and goals within mission-driven organizations. 

Larissa's expertise spans multiple key areas, including bookkeeping, payroll management, employee onboarding, and administrative operations. Her attention to detail and ability to streamline processes have contributed to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting CCRH's broader organizational goals.

In addition to her extensive management experience, Larissa earned a certificate in Culinary Arts in 2011, which complements her diverse skill set and commitment to professional growth.
